How do you define a perfect and model timesheet? Now let me tell you. A perfect timesheet is one which can conceal all the multifarious functionalities and make available a flashy, bright and colorful GUI to the workforce. It enables the employees to feed the information. A superb timesheet is one in which even a common man should be able to just open the page, know what details to fill where.

A good timesheet helps in working out the overtime, differences in shift timings etc. the employee is not in aware that his wages are getting calculated based on the data feeded by him. Just to summarize that, not only small but also big companies need to track the punch in and out timings of the employees. Employees constitute an organization. When there are human beings involved., it is but natural that they would also like to go on leave for personal reasons. So the next step is to plan the leave plan for each employee. An organization has not only to decide on the leave to be granted, but what time of the year the leave has to be granted and to whom. It is definitely a Herculean task to keep a check on the leave plan of each individual of the company. This is also a tasking factor for the company.
