Employees constitute an organization. When there are human beings involved., it is but natural that they would also like to go on leave for personal reasons. So the next step is to plan the leave plan for each employee. An organization has not only to decide on the leave to be granted, but what time of the year the leave has to be granted and to whom. It is definitely a Herculean task to keep a check on the leave plan of each individual of the company. This is also a tasking factor for the company. Mr. B then cannot go on leave during the same period as Mr. You need to allot another slot for Mr. B and vice versa. This software enables an employer to keep a track on the leave of employees, ensuring that no two employees go on leave at the same time, and ensuring that the work does not suffer. If that particular slot for leave has already been booked, you would know it immediately and you would sanction leave only to one person at one point of time, ensuring that it does not coincide.

This software is also very easy to use. An employee would know immediately if the slot is open or not. Employees can have it installed in their respective PCs. Employees would also come to know if the slot is open for them to proceed for a vacation. You could also be saved from lot of hassles of understaffing etc. This software also enables both the employer as well as the employee in handling their respective vacations quite efficiently and without errors. Things would definitely become easier for the HR department, thereby enabling them to take care of other priorities.
